To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where applicable.
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive products, hazardous materials, and flammable substances.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable or digital products, and selected health or personal care items.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.

Sale Items

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not identified as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
